An elegant and spacious two bedroom penthouse apartment just walking distance from the beach at Golden Sands resort.
This apartment has been managed by Property care since its purchase in 2007 and we have had the pleasure to assist its owner in furnishing it, as well as in installing security system in the apartment. Since then we have been in charge of all aspects of the apartment property management.
The apartment offers to its guest just about 2000 sq.feet space, set on two floors, with specious lounge and dining area, two bedrooms, two sanitary units(one with hot bath) and most important two large sun terraces.
